An intermediate approach to the progressive series of Matwork Fundamentals based on the methods of Joseph Pilates and the philosophy of core strength and stabilization. Using small equipment including stability balls, medicine balls, foam rollers, straps and fitness circles, experience new exercises and an in-depth approach to this form of Pilates-based movement. Learn how to use the equipment to modify as well as challenge participants allowing for a variety of methods to accommodate all fitness levels and challenges.
